Passenger Assistant Liaison - Shift 3

Brief Description:

Providing exemplary customer service by: providing/securing transportation, assisting with way-finding, answering questions and addressing customer concerns.

Shift 3 works 5:00am - 4:00pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Pay is $11.00 per hour.


  • Assists passengers with luggage, mobility, and way-finding
  • Responsible for collecting and organizing equipment
  • Conducts routine facility and amenities quality inspections
  • Reports any maintenance issues to appropriate authorities
  • Engages with passengers to ensure they have a positive experience
  • Compassionately resolves passenger concerns  
  • Assists passengers with securing ground transportation
  • Provides information about the facilities and available resources
  • Presents a professional and engaging image

Requirement Note

  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Established written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly in stressful situations
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) clearance and badge
  • Valid state operator/driver's license
  • Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check
