The Milliken Warping Support Associate supports the weaving department by hauling warps, tying warps, and hanging new patterns. The team also works to repair or eliminate warp yarn quality issues. The Warp associate works closely with the team to ensure weave machine downtime is held to a minimum. Warp Services Team works on a rotating 8-hour shift. This is an entry level support operator job.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Haul warps to and from weaving department
Lease warps
Pull over warp
Clean Out Machines
Tie warps
Hang New Style/Patterns
Re-Reed
Beam Shafting Tape Warps
Maintain equipment
Anything else as instructed by management

Requirement Note
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic oral / written communication skills
Basic math skills required
Experience in an industrial environment preferred
Must be able to hear power equipment operating in work area
Must be able to see clearly, pass pre-employment drug screening, and meet pulmonary function requirements
Should be self-directed to the point of working with no supervision
Must comply with client rules including, but not limited to safety, attendance and other job specifications
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Able to stand and work for up to 8 hours
Must be able to move around job for entire s
Able to tie knots and draw ends to IE target
Able to safely operate powered warp trucks and tuggers
Able to rotate with shift schedule
