Customer Service Representative

Brief Description:

Professional and friendly customer service representative who can work individually and in a team environment.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay rate is $11.30 per hour 


  • Processes orders that arrive via email, phone, website, and fax, to include  processing credit card information and verifying correct taxes are applied
  • Allocates orders and arranges orders to be sent to the warehouse  
  • Works closely with customers, manufacturing, sales team, and other departments
  • Tracks shipments and creates status reports
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirement Note

  • Microsoft office experience with emphasis on Excel
  • Proven math skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills  
  • Ability to present a polite and professional image to customers
  • Ability to multitask    
  • Must have a clean background and ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous call center customer service experience
  • Must be able to work as part of a cross-departmental team
