Brief Description:

Performs activities necessary for the efficient manufacture and delivery of products. The requirement is to have a flexible work force that can respond appropriately to changing customer requirements. Duties will involve a variety of tasks but is not limited to those listed in the full position description. 

Function

Essential Job Duties

  • Assembly of products
  • Testing and troubleshooting
  • Use of hand tools, gauges, testing equipment and power lift equipment
  • Parts preparation, labeling, movement and tracking
  • Work from schematics, blueprints and other documents
  • Quality assurance tracking and reporting
  • Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
  • Conformance to production and administrative procedures
  • Offer enhancement ideas to existing process
  • Reliability - on time arrivals and departures
  • Flexible to work overtime hours as product demand requires

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

 Manufacturing environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirement listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. This job will require extended periods of standing or sitting as required. Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs comfortably.

Requirement Note

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years manufacturing experience
