CWR is based on the WorkKeys® job skills assessment system. Sizemore applicants who score at certain levels on the WorkKeys® assessments as determined by the job-specific profile done for your company – will qualify for a CWR Certificate.

Payroll Services
Sizemore Staffing Services conducts all Payroll Services at our Corporate Headquarters in Augusta, GA. This service includes Federal and State reporting, W-2, weekly and monthly pay periods, unemployment, and workers’ compensation reporting.
