WorkKeys® Testing and Certification
Our WorkKeys® testing is part of a comprehensive workforce development system designed to assist in the screening, selection, promotion and training of employees. The program is based on the WorkKeys® job skills assessment system. Sizemore applicants who score at certain levels on the WorkKeys® assessments as determined by the job-specific profile done for your company – will qualify for the Certificate.

What is WorkKeys®?
WorkKeys® is a job skills assessment system measuring "real world" skills that employers state are critical to job success. These skills are valuable for any occupation—skilled or professional—and at any level of education. WorkKeys® provides individuals with a clear picture of the skill levels they need to qualify for and be successful in the jobs they want. The job profile accomplishes the key task of a job analysis to identify levels of skills needed to be successful on the job. Sizemore's Certified Profilers meet with your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine the requirements for your Company's job. The job-specific profile meets the requirements for EEOC, ISO, OSHA and ADA certifications. This profile becomes the proprietary property of your Company.
