Screening and Hiring Procedures
Sizemore Security Services uses a very stringent procedure for recruitment, testing, and screening of individuals assigned to your facility. Every effort is made to ensure that all individuals are the best quality match for your facility.
Each employee must satisfy the following:
- Criminal Background Investigation
- Character/Integrity Reference Check
- Job Fit Analysis
- Performance Matching
- Pre-Orientation for Job Readiness
Substance Abuse Policy
All employees of Sizemore Security Services will be required to submit to a random, unannounced drug testing policy. This policy includes all illicit drugs and alcohol. Failure to submit to testing and/or positive test results will be grounds for immediate termination of employment.
All employees involved in a work-related accident or injury are required to report for a drug screen within 24 hours of the incident.
