Evaluation & Improvement Plan
Sizemore Security Services utilizes a multi-level approach to supervision and evaluation of assigned security officers. This process, when coupled with our in depth training program, has proven to be one of the keys to maintaining a professional appearance and a high level of performance by our Sizemore Security Officers.
Sizemore Supervisors evaluate each of our Officers on a continuing basis commencing with their understanding of the initial training; thru the probationary period once placed at your site and then annually thereafter. Sizemore believes strongly in the importance of face-to-face evaluations to point out deficiencies and outline an individual plan for improving the Officer’s performance.
Sizemore Management at the City, Division and Regional levels provide the evaluation of our Security Supervisors and meet with our clients on a regularly scheduled basis to obtain their input regarding the level of service being provided. If any deficiencies are noted, appropriate counseling takes place immediately and a plan is established to help prevent a recurrence.
