We provide long-term contract, temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, as well as WorkKeys certified employee options to our customers. Sizemore provides light industrial, professional, managerial, administrative, clerical and technical employees for its customers. Along with a needs analysis, Sizemore Staffing will provide a comprehensive interviewing, testing, and evaluation process to ensure your company that the applicants we place with you have met or exceeded the skill specifications defined by the jobs at your company, and have satisfied our screening and testing requirements as well as all state and federal laws and regulations.
Our staffing service includes large industrial accounts, peak-period staffing, short-term assignments and temp-to-hire options. For customers with greater needs, on-site project managers with 24-hour supervision are available as well. In addition, strategic staffing such as short-term, high demand and specialized skills and professional placements are services we offer.
