Sizemore Staffing conducts Performance Reviews on each employee 30 days after beginning the assignment and then at the end of 90 days with input from a company supervisor and/or other company leadership. After 90 days, Performance Reviews will be conducted on an annual basis. In addition, if an employee warrants counseling for incidents such as attendance, performance, or safety or quality issues, the local office works with company supervisors to promptly issue a formal counseling statement, takes corrective action and places a copy of the statement in the employee's file. Counseling statements will be addressed in future performance reviews with the employee.
